This page covers the checkout for direct keys to the Spotify Data API by CheckLeaked (spotify-sub.checkleaked.com) and the keys it issues.

What we process

Your email address, to send you your key, receipts and notices about your key (for example when its requests run low or it is about to expire), and, if you already hold a key or bought before, one reminder about an order you started but did not finish.
Payment references: PayPal order and subscription IDs, NOWPayments invoice IDs, the amount and the date. Your card, bank or wallet details are handled by PayPal or NOWPayments and never reach us.
Your API key and its usage counters (requests made, last use), to enforce its limits and show them on the key dashboard.
Free trial (when offered): your email address, its domain and a hash of your network address made with a secret salt (never the address itself), to keep it to one trial per person.
Checkout analytics: the checkout pages use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and purchases. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics storage is off by default.

PayPal and NOWPayments (payments), Google (analytics), and the providers that host our servers and send our email. We do not sell personal data.

One-time checkouts that were never paid (your email and the order) are deleted 30 days after the checkout.
PayPal subscription checkouts, including ones you never approved, are kept with our purchase records: they are how we match PayPal's payments to your key.
Free trial records (your email, its domain and the hashed network address) are deleted 12 months after the trial.
Keys, their usage and purchase records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, support and refunds.

Reply STOP to any notice to stop receiving them. To get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted, write to admin@checkleaked.cc.
