Refund Policy

Unused packs

If you bought a pack and have not used it, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase. Write to admin@checkleaked.cc from the email you bought with, and include your key or the order reference from your receipt.

Used packs

A pack that has been used, even in part, is not refunded: neither the requests that were used nor the rest of the pack. If the API did not deliver what you paid for, tell us: we look at those cases one by one.

Free trial

A free trial key costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Auto-renew

You can cancel auto-renew at any time from the key dashboard or in PayPal, and no further payments are taken. A renewal whose requests you have not used can be refunded on the same terms, within 7 days of that charge.

How refunds are paid

PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account or card. Crypto payments are refunded in the same coin and network, at the US dollar value of the order, less the network fee, to an address you give us. A refunded key is deactivated.

Before a chargeback

Please write to us first: every message is read by a person. A payment that is charged back deactivates its key.
